Thanksgiving

It's Canadian Thanksgiving and I love turkey. You'd think having 2 Thanksgiving dinners to go to would be enough, but nope! I cooked one at home. You'll find my recipes for both the turkey and the stuffing on the side. I've never really used a recipe to make these before, but I took extra care to ensure I remembered exactly what I did for you all! Happy holidays!

I want to apologize to all my followers! I've been so busy lately - we have been cleaning around the house, getting ready for a garage sale, then having a garage sale all weekend, and now we have to prepare to move for the end of the month! So, there have many nights of eating out as of late. Or there have been times where I've cooked, but not had time to post the recipes! Creamy Parmesan Chicken, Italian-Style Potatoes and peas. Check out the recipes for these two on the side. This chicken was SO mouth-watering good, I wish I made more!!

This is the infamous boyfriend taking over for the night. Mwahahaha. You'll see more of this guy in the future! I don't cook often, but I know what is good and this recipe is good! Check out my recipe on the side. Chicken Bacon Salsa Bake served with wild rice and corn.
