Italian-Style Potatoes

I love potatoes. I could eat with with every meal!! So, I tend to make my side dishes potatoes. This recipe I did in the oven, however, it would be good on the BBQ as well. I would of liked to of crisped up the potatoes more, but I was impatient when I made these. They are very easy and go with any meal. Check it out:

Italian-Style Potatoes
1/2 pound of mini potatoes
(Or 1 can works well too)
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper

Cut up potatoes into bite sized pieces. Put onto piece of tin foil. Coat in olive oil. Cover with seasonings. Cover with another piece of tin foil folding at the sides twice. Cook for 25-30 minutes. (Cook in the oven at 375° F or if on the BBQ, ensure you flip at least once)
