This recipe could very easily be considered healthy (however, not what I had with it!) I think that next time though, I might remove the skin, as it became a bit hard to eat after it cooled a little. However, the recipe it's self was extremely easy to do. Just pop it in the oven while I cooked dinner and that was it! I even made a caramel sauce at the same time also. All you need is an apple corer and some apples! Check it out here:

Preheat oven to 400°F
Wash apples and core the seeds out. Pop into the oven for 40 minutes. Serve.
