Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars

In case you couldn't tell, my boyfriend also loves peanut butter. Anything I make with peanut butter is a sure fire win in his eyes. I also enjoyed making this recipe because it was so easy AND I didn't have to turn on my oven in this summer heat. I took this recipe from Pies and Plots, however added more marshmallows  as I found it too liquidy without the extra bit. the recipe is as follows:

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars
1 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of peanut butter chips
1 2/3 cups of marshmallows

Melt together peanut butter, butter and chips until well combined. Add marshmallows. (Some marshmallows will melt - this is okay!) Pour mixture into pyrex dish. Put in refrigerator to cool. Cut and serve. Store in air tight container for freshness. For some extra gooey-ness pop in the microwave for 10 seconds.
