I like to make this recipe as a pot luck dish or as an appetizer. It's of course easy and delicious. The recipe made 16. We had these only for dinner, so 5 each and there were still lots for leftovers! I suggest to double up the recipe if you are making for a large pot luck (If using two crescent roll packs, I suggest to use 3 cans instead of 4 or you'll have too much left over chicken.) Check out the recipe here:
Chicken Caesar Bites
2 cans of chicken flakes
1/2 cup of Caesar salad dressing
1 pack of crescent rolls
Cheese
Preheat oven to 375°
Mix together the flakes of chicken with the Caesar salad dressing; combine well. Take the crescent rolls out of the package and unroll. Now, you could do this one of two ways: Pinch together all the seams and cut squares as required. Or I just cut the triangles in half and twist together to make the shape of a cup. Whichever way works best for you! Put your crescent roll pieces in your mini cupcake pan (greasing not required). Add your chicken mixture and top with cheese. Put in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
